Perfect retreat! Our group of 5 couples absolutely loved our stay at theLemon Tree House. I hesitate to hype it up too much because I always want it to be available for when I come back! The house is incredibly close to the airport, which is a game changer in Exuma. Tar Bay beach is beautiful and theview at the house is spectacular. The pool was warm and heated. Cecil was responsive, friendly and always helpful when we had a question. Each bedroom was comfortable and perfectly appointed. We loved that we had 10 seats at the dinner table and plenty of seating indoors at night for us to play games and becomfortable. We also loved the pool area. Tons of outdoor seating in the sun and plenty in the shade! We swam and played corn hole and floated in the ocean. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Rebecca, for making our arrival and stay so easy and wonderful.

Perfect Family Stay in Paradise. This trip was a Christmas present to our family. There was plenty of room and activities for everyone. King size beds were all super comfy and having private bathrooms for each bedroom was definitely a plus. There was also a kids room with queen and twin bunks, games, videos, TV, and private bath. There is ample privacy between all of the bedrooms. The Kitchen is a well stocked chef’s kitchen. One of the best parts is the view of the water, the beautiful infinity edge pool and the cleanliness of everything inside and outside of the home. If you want, peace and quiet and lots of nap time, that is available too! Anything you want is convenient, including shopping. This was by far one of our best experiences and our family is truly grateful for our stay.

More than I imagined. Describing this property and the owner, Rebecca, requires much more than I can write in this review. It was an amazing experience. Everything was better than imagined. Throughout the booking Rebecca was very responsive. The guide book she provided had all the info you could want very easily at your finger tips. The house was incredible. The location was amazing. The concierge, Cecil, was so helpful. I would highly recommend this home toanyone who desires a first class experience. I will definitely visit again.

Can't wait until next year. This home is more beautiful than the pics describe. Everything we needed was provided. We spent Thanksgiving here with our family and it was spacious enough for everybody. We have stayed at a couple other properties in Exuma and this one is by far the best. Minimal no see ums (there is a patio fan), direct access to a walkalbe beach and privacy without being far from the airport.

Island Paradise that Exceeded Expectations. Our experience at the Lemon Tree House is hard to put into words. From the beautiful views, the exquisitely appointed home, the incredibles upport and guidance we received from Rebecca leading up to the trip and Cecil and Vanessa while on the island - this trip provided memories that will last us a lifetime! It was absolutely perfect for the 5 couples who traveled together. The ocean views are even more beautiful than the pictures! The home is beautifully decorated and updated. Locals told us many times that this house is the best on the island! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom - all very private and lovely. The house comes with a ton of activities including paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear etc. There was no shortage of things too ccupy us! All we really needed was that amazing infinity pool and the sunshine! None of us had been to the Exumas before and I had a lot of questions for Rebecca leading up to the trip. Not only did she respond within minutes, she responded in detail and provided thoughtful recommendations. She went above and beyond to help make our trip the best possible. I felt like we became friends by the time the trip actually came! I cannot say enough about her as a host. She’s wonderful. While on the island Cecil and Vanessa are available to help with whatever we needed from supplying necessities and ensuring we were able to order and receive dinner. Don’t hesitate to book this house as it’s truly a special place. We can’t wait to return!

Paradise This property is breath taking. Perfect layout and design for families or couples traveling together. My family of seven adults took our annual trip together here and we all had an amazing time relaxing in Exuma! The house was super clean and had everything by we needed while we were there. Cecile was super responsive, Rebecca was also easy and fast to communicate with. We recommend Chef Tevin while you are there!!

Amazing Family Vacation This was our second trip to Exuma. We stayed in Little Exuma last year on Tropic of Cancer Beach. We enjoyed this location on Tar Bay better due to it's proximity to the airport and town for groceries as well as restaurants. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean and filled with all the kitchen appliances/tools you might need. We would absolutely rent the Lemon Tree House again!

Dream-like. We just returned home from our stay at Lemon Tree House (arrival july 3rd) and there really aren’t enough things to say about this house. Prior to arrival I would look on Vrbo for new reviews so that I could learn a bit more about the house, but now that we have experienced it, there is no need to learn about anything- just go and enjoy. For those of you that have booked, don’t worry the house is incredible. The location, layout, and style cannot be beat. For those of you that haven’t booked yet. I can’t honestly think of anything negative about this house. The house had everything that we could need. The hostess Rebecca always quickly answered any questions and Cecil the property manager was quick when any question that came up. Exuma itself is amazing, but staying at Lemon Tree really added to the experience (The mattresses are the most amazing ever also!)

Amazing family trip. Our family of 14, ages 5-75, had a fantastic time at this property. The house was absolutely perfect with a comfortable layout and room for everyone to spread out. Attention to detail included a well-stocked kitchen, lots of extra beach towels, and many different games and activities for all. The BBQ area was a plus as was the huge covered terrace with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing long into the evenings. We plan to return again for another perfect vacation!

Absolute Dream Vacay Where can I start. The house was so beautiful, spacious, and clean. The owner was so nice and accommodating to us. Cecil the concierge was very knowledgeable and nice. The beach is perfect and only shared with a few houses. Location is great. Pool was perfect for the kids and adults alike. Wellequipped with pool toys, floats, kayaks and SUPs, masks, snorkels and Finn’s. Seriously one of the best vacations we’ve had. if you’re on the fence about this place, don’t be. You won’t be disappointed.

Exuma Paradise. The Lemon Tree House was absolutely amazing! The layout inside and outside was great for entertaining and is well appointed. The house is located on one of the nicest beaches on the island. It was tough to leave for even excursions. Communication with the host and property manager was so easy. Paradise This was our first stay in Exuma and we will definitely be back ( in fact , we already booked for next year). We loved the house, the beach, the view, the water color. We didn't want to leave. Cecil was great and appreciated him answering all our questions about the house and the island. We made most of our breakfasts and dinners in house which turned out wonderful for our group of 8. Everything was equiped well. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise.

Fantastic week at Lemon Tree. Just got home from a fantastic week in Exuma. Lemon Tree was everything we had hoped for and more. We absolutely loved the location, Tar Bay is our favorite beach to stay. The house is stunning and has all the amenities you could wish for. The beds were very comfortable and we are already missing our morning coffee on the deck. Rebecca and Cecil were great to deal with and we hope to come back to soon!!

Fantastic stay at the Lemon Tree House. The house itself and its location are both excellent, though that should come as no surprise given the photos represent it well. Likewise it is well stocked and well cared for. Most importantly, however, the service was excellent. Rebecca was very accommodating with a potential schedule conflict we had and Cecil was always available locally. Finally, make sure you book Tevin and Sharelle for at least a meal or two - their food and their company was excellent. Our week was a five star experience all around. Not sure we could have asked for anything more.

Johnnys Bahamas Birthday Bash. This was the most amazing place! Highly recommended! Too much amazing things to mention! Just like the pictures. Had everything we needed. The guide book provided really helped us with our stay. Only thing I would add is letting people know the island you see from the house is a lot further than it looks and it is a tough kayak trip!

AMAZING in every way! This was an adult trip, but this amazing house would begreat for kids as well. The view is so stunning it doesn’t feel real. All the rooms are decorated with attention to detail and it’s great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. We all felt like we got the best bedroom, because they were all that good. We used Chef Tevin for a birthday celebration dinner…his food was superb and he made the night extra special with a beautiful cake. We can’t wait for our next visit!

A wonderful family vacay spot. We had such a wonderful week at the Lemon Tree House! We had my husband’s parents, his sister and her husband, and our three children (ages 7, 5, and 1). It was a perfect spot! The pool and proximity to the beach were perfect. Also, the app was so handy for info on the area. Thank you Cecil and Rebecca for all the help! Only request is lemon/lime juicer for margaritas lol!

Great 4-Night Stay. Our 12-person group really enjoyed our experience. The house is as pictured and was perfect for our large group. Amazing stay! Our stay at Lemon Tree House was amazing! The house and beach are even better than the pictures. Some of the clearest and bluest water on the planet is right out the back. We loved the bedrooms, kayaks, pool, Sonos sound system, grill area, beach and everything about the stay. Rebecca and Cecil were very helpful and communicative.

Heaven on Earth! Exhuma has to be the heaven on earth that we've been told about all our lives with extras on top! Rebecca, your house is the most beautiful house I've ever seen !!! From the floors to the ceilings, the furniture and decor is all tastefully done and over the top. You have amazing views all the way through to the back door and there's that bit of heaven I was told about. Right there...in your back yard! Cecil was very helpful and super friendly. We can't thank you enough for letting us live in your home for a fabulous week. I hope you know we treated your home as our own. We hope to come back soon!!! Laid Back Luxury ! As soon as you open the front door, your blood pressure drops, you will take a deep breathe and just SMILE! The view as you enter the home is breath taking... no words to describe the windex blue water ! This home has a wonderful spacious layout with some of the most beautiful decor and it is well equipped with all you will need for a fun relaxing getaway. It was great having the two large very comfortable sofas in the living area as well as the oversized outdoor sofa and the outdoor patio daybed. Having the outdoor gas grill and bar area to cook burgers and hang out by the pool was a plus. Eventhough the beds were awesome and comfy, we were all up early to enjoy ourmorning coffee ( with a special thanks to Rebecca for the milk frother for our coffee ) by the pool or sitting in the adirondack chairs watching the sunrise over the ocean on what feels like "your own private beach". The big Joe floats for the pool were the best and enjoyed by all. One of the couples ordered two for their pool while we were there. Thanks for having everything we needed from paddleboards, kayaks, cornholes, snorkel gear etc!!! . There is a blue tooth speaker system in the main living and kitchen area as well as outside. We had such a relaxing time just hanging out dancing and singing karaoke with our friends. The location of the home in proximity to the airport and all we needed was perfect. We rented a van which was great to make a quick run to the grocery store and getting to and from the airport. Cecil, the host was wonderful and was just a quick call away when we needed him. We are already planning our next trip to the Lemon Tree House. Every time I see anything with lemons on it, I now think of Exuma and this beautiful home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Couples trip to Exuma. This was our fifth trip to Exuma and by far the nicest accommodation. This property was outstanding in cleanliness location and how the was appointed. There is nothing I could possibly complain about with his property. I would certainly stay here again.

Relaxing Spring Break From the time we arrived to a clean home and beautiful sunset, to a perfect week of weather, this home and setting was perfect. Cecil, Chef Mike, and Gully who provided all of our transportation were top notch! We rented jetskis and headed south to see turtles and some stingrays, kayaked 2 miles east to the islands offshore to snorkel, couldn' t ask for more on premise fun. Pool a d beach were pristine and kids had a blast. Thanks for a greatspring break adventure!

Perfect setting for 3 families and 3 generations. We knew we made the right choice when all 11 jaws dropped as we walked in the house and took in the view; it required all of 2 mins for the kids to jump into the pool as well. It felt like The Lemon Tree House was tailor made for our 3 families - adults and our teenage daughter had their own rooms, while the 4 boys loved sharing the bunkbeds (and the PS4). Though we had a couple days of adventure around the Exumas, there was plenty to do around the house between the deck and the ocean (there was extensive use of kayaks and paddle boards), and we kept the soundtrack active thanks to the pleasant availability of Sonos/speakers throughout the property. HIGHLY recommend having chef Mike Kerr - his dinner at the house was a highlight! Cecil and Rebecca were fantastic hosts - very responsive and helpful throughout the process – and we really didn't need much help during the stay. We already have multiple requests to come back from the group!

The Lemon Tree was absolutely perfect! This was our first time to the Exumas and it was heaven on earth. SpectacularI wouldn’t know where to start? This house is amazing withthe deck arrangement, grill, infinity pool overlooking ocean! Hosts and Cecilwere great. They have an app about the house to make the stay super easy!!!! Iwould tell anyone!! You want to stay at this house!!! Picture perfect view. We stayed at the Lemon Tree House at the end of February and were welcomed by the property manager who gave us a tour of this beautiful house. Once we walked onto the back porch we could not believe the view and the color of the water! The color changed every hour and was so beautiful. The house had a wonderful open concept so that we could all hang out in one space and watch TV or play games at night with plenty of space. Beautiful glass door led out to an infinity pool that looked over the beautiful beach. We used the kayaks and the paddle boards, and corn hole boards and took daily walks on the beach. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. If we needed anything Cecil, the property manager responded immediately. We had a much needed relaxing, quiet vacation and I am still dreaming about the view and the color of the water.

Awesome property! This is a beautiful house and location! It is appointed beautifully with all the creature comforts. It is also a very large house with numerous sleeping options including a room for kids that includes bunk beds. The pool cabana house is beautiful. While the house is pricey, it is well worth it. We will stay here again next year.

First class from start to finishThis property is breathtaking! The house itself and the pooland the beach are amazing! Well designed and decorated. All the amenities-including plenty of beach towels.
