The nightly rental rates for the Lemon Tree House range from US$1,850 per night (during low season in September and October) to US$3,300 per night (during holiday season), with most other dates available from US$1,950 to US$2,100 per night. A cleaning and administration charge will also be levied based on the duration of your stay. All charges are subject to a 10% Bahamas value-added tax.
You must pay a deposit of 50% of the total booking cost in order to complete your reservation. We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel by 11:59 on the day that is 60 before your stay. The remaining balance (50%) is due 60 days before your stay. We will refund 50% of the total booking cost if you cancel by 11:59 on the day that is 30 days before your stay. You will receive no refund if you cancel after 11:59 on the day that is 30 days before your stay.
The Lemon Tree House has 5 king beds, two queen beds and two single bunk beds. Maximum capacity is 14 persons.
The Lemon Tree House is a completely smoke-free villa – no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. We love animals but we chose to keep the villa pet-free in recognition of the fact that many of our guests will suffer from pet allergies.
